Jim Mattei has more than 24 years of extensive sales experience that he brings to his clients. As a senior associate at Sandler Training, he uses his passion for helping companies develop and grow their sales organizations using the proven Sandler methodology for both sales and sales management development. Jim has been actively involved with Sandler Training since 1996.
During his career, Mr. Mattei has relied on his Sandler training to not only be a consistent top producer but also to be a coach and mentor for many of his colleagues over the years. As a Sandler consultant and trainer he has helped a number of his companies develop a process for hiring sales people which has resulted in the hiring of “A” players for their sales organizations.
